The Council is seeking to increase the number of Temporary Accommodation units for 3, 4 and 5 bed properties, with the option later to also consider 2 and 6 bed properties. The initial requirement is for a total of 25 self-contained properties/large family homes for the use of Temporary Accommodation. The requirement is broken down into two Lots . The volume of accommodation may be reviewed over the life of the contract and is anticipated to increase The awarded contract will be for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 3 x 1-year periods (to a maximum of 5 years).
