Description

There is a need for external knowledge in Diverse Leadership development to hold sessions in areas such as: Authentic Leadership; Strategic Networking; Power, Presence & Impact; Building Empowering Belief and Confidence and Career Ownership & Planning. The CQC Academy and our CQC Talent Team already offer all colleagues access to both internal and external leadership programmes, and external targeted leadership programmes for both black minority ethnic and disabled colleagues. There is value in these one-off interventions, however it is acknowledged that a learning pathway of support back in the workplace is required to support transference of theoretical knowledge to enable ongoing learning, experience and reflection.
