Description

Raven wishes to engage with specialist suppliers for Responsive Repairs and Commercial Works, on an agreed Schedule of Rates, to ensure cost and service control. The Works will be required to support Raven's DLO and instructed on an as needs basis with no minimum guaranteed volume. The scope of the Works under this Contract comprises the following Workstreams: o Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours and including Mutual Exchange Gas and Electric Tests); o Out of Hours Emergency Works; o Commercial Works; Bidders are invited to submit Tenders for any one, several or all of the 9 Contracts available: o Flooring (carpets and vinyl) o Roofing o Over spill responsive (multi) o Plumbing and pipework o Cavity, underfloor insulation o Smart heating controls & monitoring o Solar installation o Scaffolding o Electrical services - inc.rewires Additional information: Please submit and any queries to be sent via In-Tend Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
