A47 Thickthorn - VRS

Description

A47 / A11 Thickthorn Interchange Galliford Try, as the East Region Delivery Partner are delivering the A47 / A11 Thickthorn Interchange project in the county of Norfolk in partnership with Highways England. The project will help relieve congestion at Thickthorn junction by providing two new free-flowing slip roads that will connect the A47 with the A11. The new slip roads will re-route traffic away from the junction and flow it under new underpasses. The project has recently submitted a Development Consent Order to the Planning Inspectorate and the project is forecast to commence on site in early 2023 and will take around 2 years to complete. Outline Scope of Works VRS - Provision of all labour, plant & temporary works as required to provide the subcontract works. The estimate contract amount for this package is expected to be within the following range [£500,000+] Programme It is anticipated that the Vehicle Restraint System Installation will commence in late 2023.
