***This advert is for market engagement only*** NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board intend to undertake a procurement process for Post Covid Assessment, Support and Rehabilitation Services (PCASR). The anticipated contract duration will be 1 year with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total contract value is expected to be in the region of £4,400,000.00, including the extension option. (£2,200,000.00 per annum) The CCG has published this Prior Information Notice to support market engagement only at this stage. The purpose of this engagement is to communicate the intention to procure in the future and also engage with the market to help finalise the service model, finance model and procurement strategy. Providers are invited to complete a market engagement questionnaire and attend a virtual market engagement event (via MS Teams). There will also be the opportunity to arrange virtual 1:1 meetings with the commissioner. To access the eProcurement portal to access relevant documentation relating this opportunity, complete the questionnaire and register to attend the market engagement event and 1:1 sessions please follow the instructions below: 1. Go to https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=UK and click the link to register (If your organisation has not registered previously) 2. Once registered, login into the system and look for 'Quote/tender 56412 - Post Covid Assessment, Support and Rehabilitation Services (PCASR) - Market Engagement (Kent and Medway)' The deadline for submission of the completed questionnaire and register to attend the market engagement event is 17:00 on Monday 25th July 2022, however providers are encouraged to respond as soon as possible. The service aims to provide equitable access to assessment and support for people experiencing Post COVID-19 Syndrome. This includes: • Clinical triage call with patient to confirm pathway (ie. Return to self-care with advice, direct to intervention or onwards to assessment) including signposting, initial advice and wait time expectation; • Multidisciplinary assessment with consideration of physical, cognitive, and psychological needs; • An enhanced assessment and support offer including supported self-management and care coordination to help patients navigate their recovery journey; and • Innovative treatment and rehabilitation pathways for patients whose needs fall outside of existing community pathways. The commissioner is engaging with the market to help establish the most appropriate lotting strategy. This is expected to take the form of a single Lot or split into 2 or 3 Lots. Additional information: The commissioner does not bind itself to commencing or running any public procurement procedure further to, or as a result of, this market engagement. Any subsequent procurement, if undertaken, will be commenced by way of a separate call for competition via a relevant notice published in Find a Tender.
