Lambeth Council is seeking to appoint a consultant to support the council's future procurement of a managed service provider (MSP) for the provision of temporary workers and associated services. The successful service provider is expected to provide the following: • Independent subject matter expertise on the use of MSPs within a London local government context. • Engagement with key internal users to inform the review and development of the specification and method statement • Engagement with the market to assist with the procurement off the relevant framework. Price will be calculated as follows: Price Score = Total Available Marks x (Lowest Accepted Quotation/Tender Quotation) Evaluations will be based on a combination of 60% quality and 40% price.
