Water Hygiene Services

Description

Rushmoor Borough Council ('the council') is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to provide services for Water Hygiene Services. The principle requirement of the Contract is to ensure that the Council manages existing and new water systems in accordance with ACoP L8 and in accordance with contractor's commitments under the Legionella Control Association - Code of Conduct and in a manner which shall not put or is likely to put the council in breach of any other legal requirement. The estimated value of the contract is £14,000 per annum, the council reserves the right to fail bids that come in significantly over this amount. The initial contract term will be for 3 years with possibility of extending the term by a further 3 years to a maximum total term of 6 years in increments to be agreed, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.
