Description

Homes England requires a commercial e-tendering solution from September 2023. Homes England will be carrying out a pre-tender market engagement exercise during September / October 2022. The Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) is not a call to competition. The purpose of this PIN is to invite potential suppliers to participate in a market testing exercise to assist Homes England in the design of the services and our requirements. This market testing exercise consists of an initial questionnaire and, at the discretion of Homes England, may also include one or more bidder days at which feedback may be provided on a face-to-face basis.
