The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to request expressions of interest from the market in participating in a pre market engagement exercise for the provision of a inner city kerbside recycling service The pre-market engagement exercise will take the form of an initial questionnaire and will help the Council better understand the levels of competition, capability and capacity within the market to supply and deliver an inner city kerbside recycling service for Belfast City Council.
