Measured Term Contract (MTC) for Electrical Repairs & Maintenance

This tender process is for participation in the Contract for a fully comprehensive contract to carry out Electrical Repair & New Works, which also incorporates an element of Servicing to Fan Convectors, Emergency Lights and Kitchen Fans & Lights within schools and other council buildings throughout Dumfries and Galloway. The Electrical services which may be carried out under this contract include: - Electrical Installations Power Failures Lighting Repairs Electric Heating Repairs Small Electrical alterations Fixed Electrical Remedials * Cleaning Kitchen Fans & Lights ** Fan Convector Servicing ** Emergency Lights Servicing ** Solar Panels Inspections * Fixed Electrical Remedials are a result of the Fixed Electrical Inspection which is carried out under another contract. ** Any repairs as a result of the Cleaning Kitchen Fans & Lights will be carried out under this contract ** Any repairs as a result of the Servicing of Emergency Lights will be carried out under this contract. This contract will provide Dumfries and Galloway with Contractors certified and qualified to Electrical Repairs and New Works. The Contract will be divided into four individual lots by geographical area. Dumfries and Galloway Council’s preference is that a Contractor can only win 3 of the 4 available Lots/areas.
