Provision and delivery of Level 2 English and Maths Functional Skills for Apprenticeships. Online learning only. Requirement for a Subcontractor that can deliver learning and support learners to achieve the Level 2 English and/or Maths Functional Skills qualifications. Mandatory Requirements include but not limited to: - Adherence to ESFA funding rules - UKRLP registered providers only - Ofsted grade 'Good' or above if had full inspection - Adherence to safeguarding policies as within tender documentation - Delivery of contract required from 01 November 2022 The University of Nottingham ("the University") is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and its procurement activities are not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
