The University of Northampton is seeking suppliers to submit a tender for patient handling practical training and the successful supplier could expect a contract over a 2-year period commencing on January 1st, 2023. The Faculty of Health, Education and Society provides education and training opportunities for a range of healthcare professionals and has a requirement to ensure students undertake mandatory training prior to their allocated placements. Students on validated courses within the Faculty of Health & Society at the University of Northampton spend 50% of their course hours working in practice. The training they need to receive must be compliant with NHS partners which are detailed in the specification within the tender documents.
