Description

Essex County Fire and Rescue Service, trading as Essex Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner Fire and Rescue Authority (the 'Authority'), is inviting expressions of interest from organisations wishing to enter into a contract for the Roof Replacement Works at Great Baddow Fire Station. The works shall include, but are not limited to, the following: -Erection of full boarded scaffold; -Removal and storage of existing solar panels; -Reinstatement and commissioning on completion of works; -Removal, storage and reinstatement of AC condenser units; -Renewal of flat roof coverings; and -Replacement of existing roof lights It is anticipated that works shall commence on 5th December 2022 for a period of eight (8) weeks. Tender documents shall be available via the Delta eSourcing portal as of 15:00 today (Friday 9th September 2022) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
