The Kings CE School, Wolverhampton is seeking an organisation who will be a proactive partner, ensuring the catering service provided is a positive dining experience for all for a contract to commence in the February 2023 half term. There are currently 646 pupils on roll, of which 88 are in the Sixth Form. 298 pupils are currently entitled to a Free School Meal. Catering is currently provided by an in-house team. The successful organisation will be required to gain Admitted Body Status into the LGPS scheme. The School is voluntarily following the restricted procedure as set out within the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR), however please note that this is considered a contract under the Light Touch Regime and therefore the school is not obliged to follow the full scope of the PCR.
