The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust requires a supplier to undertake internal refurbishment works at Billericay Ambulance Station -Alterations to the external wall to infill doors and provide new windows -Internal alterations to provide a Training facility The gross area is 90m2 part of station The contract commencement is November 2022 with a timescale for completion of November-December 2022. The Form of Contract for the works will be JCT Minor Works Contract 2016 It is likely the buildings will be partially occupied during the works phase.
