Provision of Non-Life Insurances

Description

Foyle Port invited tenders for the provision of insurance services. Tenders were sought on the basis of premium levels quoted on a twelve month basis, with the potential option for Foyle Port to extend, on an annual basis, up to a maximum of three (3) years. The contract was divided into eight (8) lots as follows and an Economic Operator could submit tenders, and be awarded contracts, for all or any combination of lots: Lot 1 - Marine Package Insurance Lot 2 - Employers Liability Lot 3 - Business Travel / Personal Accident Lot 4 - Motor Fleet Lot 5 - Directors & Officers Lot 6 - Cyber Lot 7 - Excess Public Liability Lot 8 - Excess Employer's Liability
