Our aim is to commission a life-course substance misuse service across Wiltshire which strikes a balance between prevention and treatment. The service will work with those at the earliest opportunity and provide universal support to prevent people from requiring treatment through interventions including identification and brief advice and by raising awareness through education and local campaigns. The service will meet people’s needs by empowering and enabling them to successfully manage and recover from their alcohol and/or drug misuse and associated impacts.
