Description

The Healthy, Happy Minds Framework Agreement is for the provision of Therapeutic and Counselling Services in Primary Schools across Northern Ireland. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to bring this tender opportunity to the attention of potential / interested Suppliers and to provide advance notice of the forthcoming tender. EANI wishes to engage with the market to ensure that all potential / interested Suppliers are positioned to submit a tender response. EANI will schedule a market engagement session(s) in due course and further communications will be made available through the messaging facility within the e-tendering system. Interested Suppliers should register on the e-tendering system as soon as possible to ensure that future communications are not missed. The e-tendering system can be found at: https://etendersni.gov.uk/epps. At present, it is estimated that a Contract Notice and the tender documentation will be published in early 2023. Tenderers will have a minimum of 30 days to submit a tender response following publication. Lots may be used within this tender and this will be determined in due course and prior to publication of the tender documentation and the Contract Notice.
