1. Procuring hardware maintenance (break fix) support for on premise network hardware including LAN devices and on Premise servers 2. Maintenance and support (the break/fix service) of on-site hardware e.g. fix or replace hardware where applicable - e.g. the council holds some surplus devices in storage.
