Cloud Migration Readiness Assessment

Description

LCRCA are looking to engage with a cloud migration technology partner with experience working with major Cloud Service Providers to: - 1. Perform a Cloud Readiness Assessment. 2. Identify any gaps with the current operating model (Skills/Roles/Processes). 3. Design the target architecture and identify a suitable Cloud Service Provider. 4. Design and cost the connectivity and integration of remaining 'on premise' applications in a hybrid environment. 5. Provide recommendations on availability, security, backup & resilience. 6. Evidence & quantify carbon footprint reduction. 7. Provide a business case for the transition to the recommended Cloud Service Provider including financial forecasting and return on investment projections. 8. Produce a project activity timeline demonstrating the ability to meet the project completion deadlines outlined in the 'Project Timescale' section above. 9. Produce a resource plan outlining the LCRCA resource requirements and skill sets needed to complete the commission. 10. Advise on the exit strategy and costs to prevent long term supplier 'lock in'.
