PLEASE NOTE – This is a Prior Information Notice and NOT a Contract Notice Carmarthenshire County Council wishes to undertake a procurement exercise to establish a Framework for the provision of property-related Project Management and Full Design Team services. The Framework will be utilised by the Carmarthenshire County Council, by any company (as defined by section 1 the Companies Act 2006) which is wholly or partly owned by Carmarthenshire County Council, or by any of the Other Participating Bodies: - Ceredigion County Council - Llesiant Delta Wellbeing Ltd. - Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council - Pembrokeshire County Council - Swansea Council - CWM Environmental Ltd. The Framework will consist of discipline-specific lots: - Architectural, - Mechanical & Engineering - Quantity Surveying & Cost Control - Property Related Structural Engineering - Low Energy Consultants - Planning Consultants - Multi-Disciplinary Consultants However, at this stage, the lotting structure and other details are still under development and may be subject to change at the Council's discretion. Final details will be published in the tender documentation, together with details of Community Benefits, measures relating to the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act and the Decarbonisation agenda.
