Tier 3 Specialist Weight Assessment and Management Service (SWAMS) for Severe and Complex Morbid Obesity SEL ICB (Greenwich Borough) is seeking to procure a Tier 3 SWAMS in Greenwich to treat obesity and morbid obesity in a specialised multi-disciplinary (MDT) community setting, with an emphasis on psychological support for the increasing numbers of people who have failed to achieve a healthy weight after accessing Tier 2 services. Tier 3 would also provide support for those who go forward to surgical intervention (Tier 4). Please fill out the Expression of Interest (EOI) Form and upload it to the ProContract portal by 12:00 on 12 December 2022.
