Description

Selwood Housing Group are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor, who has specific experience in dealing with garden maintenance services, titled 'Gardening club'. The gardening club will include works to the front, rear, and side gardens within the curtilage of the property only and will run during the period of March - October. Selwood Housing Group require Garden maintenance services on a programme, encompassing a schedule of 1 hour per visit and 2 visits per month. The work completed in the scheduled visit will depend on the features contained in the garden but will include the following and in the order of priority below to fulfil the time available: - Grass cutting - Border maintenance - Weed and moss control on paths and hard surfaces - Hedges Further information on the split of properties across the requirement can be found in the table below: Towns Properties Bradford On Avon 11 Melksham 16 Sutton Veny 1 Trowbridge 43 Warminster 12 Westbury 7 Further details on property locations have been provided within the pricing documentation.
