NOTE: This notice was updated on 20 December 2022 for the following reason: To view this notice, please click here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta/viewNotice.html?noticeId=745725505 The Tender Access Code is: U75FX4PAM7(Newlon Housing Trust is inviting Responses for the provision of Office Cleaning Services to the Head Office which consists of three (3) floors. •The open plan area in the office houses one hundred and eighty three (183) workstations. •Newlon staff work on a hybrid basis therefore work in the office two (2) each week, the maximum daily occupancy is between seventy and one hundred (70-100) staff. •There are twenty one (21) individual study pods (small rooms) with plans to build an additional six (6) study pods during the course of 2023. •There are also: •Four (4) interview rooms •Nine (9) meeting rooms of various sizes •Three (3) toilet cores each with a lobby area and both male and female toilets •Five (5) smaller tea points •One (1) larger kitchen/staff room •One (1) reception area •One (1) lift also operates in the building)
