GB-Wisbech: Wisbech Community Hub - Design and Build

Description

Fenland District Council is seeking expressions of interest to tender for the Design and Build of a Community Hub Building in Wisbech Park, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. Initial designs have been completed by the councils multidisciplinary design team and interested contractors should register their interest to view all the information to make an informed bidding decision. https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta/viewNotice.html?noticeId=747192825 Contractors will be required to show they are financially and technically capable of undertaking the works and previous experience will need to be evidenced. Fenland District Council encourages the use of local contractors and supply chains where possible to stimulate the economic wellbeing of a deprived area of North Cambridgeshire. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
