Provision of polypropylene food containers/ film and free on loan sealing machines

Description

Synchronicity Care Ltd are seeking a supplier to provide polypropylene food containers/ film and free on loan sealing machines for the catering department at Darlington Memorial Hospital, whilst complying with all Food Safety Standards Agency and Local Environmental Health Officer requirements for food safe food containers and also the ability to work with the Trust to supply recycling networks for all used trays. The contractor will be required to supply and deliver the products to Darlington Memorial Hospital on a weekly or fortnightly basis with the option to have one emergency delivery per month. The contract is for a period of 36 months, with optional extensions of 2 x 12 months. This allows for a maximum of 5 years total length of contract.
