SYICB Sheffield is committed to a planned shift of care closer to the patient and their community making them more accessible and cost effective. SYICB Sheffield are looking to commission a single lead contractor to offer a range of Community Optometry Treatment Services (listed below) from existing optometry providers at scale across the city. <br/>The contract will be for a three year duration with an option to extend for a further 1 one year. This contract is a cost and volume contract thus there is no guaranteed level of income, the successful bidder will be paid on actual activity undertaken. The value given in this notice is an indicative value based on a four year contract
