The University of Portsmouth has placed a contract for pre-construction services with Overbury Ltd (part of the Morgan Sindall Group), via the SCAPE framework. The project aim is to refurbish part of the Rosalind Franklin building to provide an area suitable for Medical Education.The site is located at Rosalind Franklin West, White Swan Rd, Portsmouth, PO1 2DT.An agreed layout for the facility, a new external canopy and marketing strategy have been completed to RIBA Stage 1.
