The Provision of External Audit

Outwood Grange Academies Trust and its academies (hereafter referred to as the Trust) are looking to create a successful partnership with a provider for the Provision of External Audit Services. This will ensure compliance with the Academy Trust Handbook that our policies are appropriate and complied with. The provider should bring experience from other organisations so we can benefit from this and operate on a narrow but deep basis of analysis to find those issues which the Trust may have missed. The provider will agree and provide:-Audit of the financial statements Assurance report on regularityAudit assurance report on the Annual Accounts ReturnTeachers Pension Scheme AuditCorporation tax complianceNCTL grants auditSupplementary grant audits as requiredAd-hoc advice as and when requested
