102-0323T On Combine NIR Scanner for Grain Analysis for UK Farm Coverage

AEC is seeking bids from qualified and experienced suppliers of on combine (or off combine should requirements dictate) NIR-analyser based grain analyser equalling or improving on the following minimum requirements: • The grain analyser should be able to analyse grain from the following crops. Wheat, Barley, Canola, Corn, Soybeans, Sorghum, Chick Peas and Lentils. Other grain types may be required. • The grain analyser should be able to measure the following parameters within harvested grain: Moisture, Protein, Oil, Starch and Fibre • The grain analyser should have a cycle rate of 5-8 Seconds (+/- 3 seconds) • The analyser should be mountable on John Deere, CaseIH, New Holland, Claas and AGCO Combine Harvesters as a minimum. • The provided system should comprise of a Sampling Head, a Fibre Optic Cable, an NIR Spectrometer and a display. Additional information: Queries/Clarification Questions No Bidder is permitted to contact any Authority staff member whatsoever, during this procurement exercise, as to do so will render any Bid from a Bidder whom contravenes this instruction to automatically exclude themselves from the ITT opportunity at the discretion of the Authority. Any queries arising from this document, and/or for further clarification, then Bidders must only use the Q&A protocol at the electronic address stated in the link within this contract notice no later than stated in the ITT documents - as beyond this date and time no further clarification questions will be answered. We reserve the right to refuse to respond to any clarification questions if they are deemed to be seeking to gain commercial advantage/confidential information/unfair advantage against the other bidders, and additionally we may reject any offer submitted as a result of such infringement. The Authority may at its discretion communicate any questions and/or requests for information together with the Authority's response to all Bidders.
