L23007-T-LH Air Handling Unit 1 & 2 Upgrades

LLAOL would like to invite you to tender for the supply, installation & commissioning of "TWO" replacement heating & cooling matrix unit serving the "Arrivals" area of the Main Terminal ventilation system which are identical and de-noted as Air Handling Units (AHU) 1 & 2. AHU2 will be replaced 1st during the last 6 months of 2023, with AHU1 being replaced during the 1st 6 months of 2024. Further details can be found in the pricing schedule or requested through our portal and picked up during the mandatory site visit walk around. The project will be awarded to one supplier. Additional information: MANDATORY SITE VISIT INFORMATION There is a mandatory requirement to visit the site for suppliers to fully understand the scope and context of the requirement. The site visit(s) will take place on the 4th April 2023 for a prompt 10:00am start. To confirm your attendance, please inform LLA via the In-tend portal and provide the following information as well as completed forms to Andrew.Lane@ltn.aero, confirming the name of the individual(s) who will be attending and their contact telephone number(s) by no later than close of play on 30th March 2023. Note that emails must be titled as per the following 'Name of tender Pass Application - NAME OF COMPANY YOU ARE REPRESENTING' Those who do not have an airside pass will need to provide additional information to support the generation of a 1 day pass, this is mandatory. Please complete the attached document, visitors pass application form. Attendees will need to bring a valid passport / full UK drivers' licence and a High-Viz to attend the site visit.
