Kirklees Health and Care Partnership and Calderdale Cares Partnership - Vasectomy AQP

Description

This procurement is in respect of the Vasectomy Service. This process will qualify providers to deliver services to the eligible population of Kirklees Health and Care Partnership and Calderdale Cares Partnership (the commissioner). This service is to be delivered under a NHS Standard Contract, which will have a term of 5 years with the option to extend for an additional 2 years from the 1st of July 2028. The financial envelope for the initial 5 year term of the contract is anticipated to be £80,000 per annum, however payment depends on activity therefore the contract value will be £0. Details of pricing structure can be found within the Draft contract available on the Jaggaer portal. Additional information: The contract duration will be for 5 year with an option to extend for up to 2 years.
