Our current healthcare plan has been in place for a number of years and, whilst it provides a valuable benefit for our colleagues, we are opening invitations to tender to ensure that we get the best provision available which provides choice, real benefits and value for money, and a package that continues to meet colleagues' needs. We have undertaken extensive colleague consultation to understand what healthcare benefits are valued, what colleagues look for in terms of the customer experience and what additional benefits they would ideally like to access from a future provider. Our healthcare provision is a significant element of our benefits package and a considerable investment in colleagues' health and wellbeing, therefore we want to ensure we get the best deal for colleagues.
