Description

Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH) is an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) responsible for managing Cheltenham Borough Council's (CBC) housing stock it also owns a small number of houses. This Tender process will be used to award a contract for the service provision described herein for CBC. The awarded contract will be administered by CBH. CBH manages 41 Sheltered Accommodation blocks and the planned works will take place in one of these namely James Donovan Court. The project will entail the replacement of the warden call system, replacement off the door entry system and replacement of the main entrance doors.
