NHS Leeds ICB, on behalf of NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board, are inviting interested providers to apply to be part of the Approved Provider DPS for the provision of domiciliary care for people eligible for Continuing Healthcare (CHC) including Fast Track / End of Life Care or requiring support with rehabilitation to undertake independent living skills in Leeds. The purpose of domiciliary care services is to support adults (aged 18 and over) assessed as eligible for Continuing Healthcare (CHC) or requiring support with rehabilitation to undertake independent living skills and registered with a Leeds GP, or resident within the boundaries of the NHS Leeds ICB, these areas are shown on the map also found in the attachment section. The domiciliary care service is to enable eligible service users to remain in their own home, living as safely and independently as possible and will involve the provision of some or all of the following: - Personal Care - Health Care (where the Provider has been approved to offer health care level services) - Rehabilitation/Maintenance of independent living skills - Domestic tasks including shopping, laundry and meal preparation - Carer support, including night sitting and respite care - Support for service users at the end of life (these are usually identified as Fast Track funded) **AS THIS IS A DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM (DPS) THE OPPORTUNITY TO APPLY WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR THE DURATION OF THE DPS. IT DOES NOT CLOSE ON 31.05.23. PROVIDERS CAN APPLY ANYTIME AND APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED QUARTERLY** The Services to which this Procurement relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the 'Regulations'). As such, the procurement of the Services is being run as a bespoke, process akin to, but not the same as, the Dynamic Purchasing System Procedure. In conducting this process NHS West Yorkshire ICB does not intend to hold itself bound by any of the Regulations, save those applicable to Schedule 3 services Additional information: The application documents can be downloaded from the NHS West Yorkshire ICB Sourcing portal at; https://nhswyicb.ukp.app.jaggaer.com/web/login.html and clicking on CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES (PQQ_43).
