SOFT MARKET TEST - Asset management software solution

Description

This is a soft market test exercise only. Onward Homes Environmental Services Team manage the green spaces, communal areas, trees, etc. in and around the Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Lancashire regions that are owned by Onward Homes. Onward Homes is seeking expressions of interest for software companies who can provide an asset management software solution. The solution would need to allow for circa 60 operational staff to access the system. The system should have capabilities to allow for further staff to access the system or provide an open license. Onward is currently seeking expressions of interest from competent suppliers who are able to provide the following services: - Ability to supply a software solution related to recording and monitoring assets within the Environmental Services Team - A robust information security process to ensure data is managed carefully - A cost effective licensing solution - The ability to track spend and information on individual items within the asset list to support in cost management - The ability to access the solution via a smartphone and/or tablet such as an iPad Interested parties should contact the named person on this notice.
