The Courtlands development represents an exclusive 17 unit private sale development in Todds Green, Stevenage. Marshgate Ltd is the development company of Stevenage Borough Council, and is looking to procure an Estate Agent to proactively market and facilitate sales of the properties currently under construction at the site. The properties comprise 6 four bed properties and 11 three bedroom properties, each with an office and garage provision. The scheme is expected to complete towards the end of 2023, and the contract will remain in place until all properties have been sold. The successful bidder will be awarded sole agency to market the properties. The Council reserves the right to offer the supplier who is ranked second in the evaluation exercise the opportunity to market the properties and at this point the fee will revert from the sole fee to the dual fee. It is at the Council's discretion if and when it chooses to take this option. Please note the deadline for returns and allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
