South Gloucestershire Council seeks to deliver a fully integrated and comprehensive, recovery-orientated Drug and Alcohol service in South Gloucestershire, ensuring value for money and continuous improvements in harm reduction, early intervention, and recovery outcomes. This is in line with national strategic and performance expectations and local needs. The Service will deliver outcomes for seven years from 2024-2031 with a potential to extend for an additional two extension periods of two years, therefore a maximum contract term of eleven years. The service will provide monthly and quarterly performance management information that demonstrates progress towards achievement of these outcomes. This will include outcomes against national indicators set by the National Drug Treatment Monitoring System (NDTMS) in addition to locally agreed performance targets that will be negotiated and agreed with the provider
