EDTS Construction Services Framework

Description

A Framework covering the Supply of Construction Services to Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Estates Design and Technical Services (EDTS). The framework will be open to participating organisations of the BOB Integrated Care Board (ICB) which covers: Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust The Royal Berkshire Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust It may also cover works commissioned by NHS Property Services. The majority of the works will be refurbishment and/or alterations to existing facilities, with some fitting out of empty space and new build. It is anticipated that around half of the works will involve medical systems and many will involve working in or close to active medical facilities or areas where disruption will need to be minimised.
