RMBC - ZC - Tenant Satisfaction Survey

Description

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has introduced Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) which all social landlords need to start collecting from April 2023. The perception based TSMs must be collected through a tenant survey which is compliant with the TSM methodology and technical requirements. Runnymede Borough Council, Adur District Council and Tandridge District Council (the Councils) have entered into a partnership to deliver the required survey of TSM perception measures for each of their respective social housing portfolios.
