3rd Party Hosting of DIVA and EFA

Description

Merseytravel currently maintains a timetable and bus stop database, and a journey planner using Mentz DIVA and EFA software, hosted in our data centres on-Premise. We are looking to move these systems into the cloud, with Merseytravel staff continuing to update and maintain the timetable and stops data remotely. Merseytravel requires a contractor who can: • Install DIVA and EFA in the cloud to match functionality of our existing DIVA/EFA setup, and work with the software vendor (Mentz) to keep the software up to date and running smoothly. • Migrate our timetable and stops data from our on-Premise Oracle DIVA database to the cloud system (cloud system to use PostgreSQL as the database platform). • Provide ongoing hosting of the DIVA/EFA software with remote access for our users to import, edit and export timetable and stops data. • Undertake weekly exports of DIVA timetables to the cloud-hosted EFA journey planner. At this time Merseytravel is seeking to make potential contractors aware of the opportunity and would welcome contact from contractors who have this capability.
