Orbit Group is seeking to appoint contractor(s) to deliver communal cleaning services in the Midlands, East and South region. The core output requirements include (but not limited to):- - General Cleaning tasks; - Litter Picking and associated tasks; - Dusting, Washing and Wiping; - Sweeping, Vacuuming and Mopping; - Lift Cleaning (where applicable); and - Chute Cleaning (where applicable) The above services are required across a range of different stock and tenure’s including communal grounds, offices, sheltered and supported accommodation as detailed within the tender documents.
