TC129 - Tier 1 & 2 Weight Management Services

Description

The Borough Council of Bolton (the Authority) is prepared to receive tenders for Tier 1 & 2 Weight Management Services, which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. Tendering and Commissioning of a Tier 2 (behavioural) targeted weight management service which will also promote Tier 1 advice, information and activities in partnership with Public Health to meet the current local adult population need. The term of the Contract will be for two (2) years with the option to extend for up to a further twelve (12) month period (subject to funding).
