Description

Delivery of high quality extended pharmacy services including all Essential and Advanced services throughout all core and extended opening hours.<br/><br/>The pharmacy functions as a central pharmacy hub providing pharmaceutical, health and social care critical back up and system support<br/><br/>The Contract will be for a term of two years with the opportunity to extend for one year subject to mutual agreement between the successful Bidder and the Authority. The maximum term of Contract is consequently three years<br/><br/>The maximum budget is £275,00 per annum. The contract is for two years with option to extend for one year.
