2056 The provision of: Hugh Aston - Trading Floor Alterations at De Montfort University, Leicester.

Description

De Montfort University (DMU) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following works: The works comprise of the creation of a Trading Floor on the ground floor of the Hugh Aston building Rm 0.38. The works will include the demolition of the existing store room; the construction of a new wall to form the Trading Floor; the creation of a teaching wall; the forming of a new door opening and internal glazed panels; the provision of a new suspended ceiling together with lighting; the alteration of electrical / data floor boxes together with the provision of new; partial replacement of flooring and the full decoration of the room and associated areas. Please note - the installation of the AV equipment and furniture will be carried out by others.
