Grassroots Floodlight preferred suppliers list

Description

The Football Foundation is establishing a supplier list for third parties. The Football Foundation will be providing grants to third parties to support them in upgrading the previously funded 3G pitches with their LED. These upgrades may either be retrofitting LED systems to existing masts, or a complete new installation to replace an existing system. The Football Foundation's grants must be used by those third parties to award contracts to a supplier on the supplier list. Suppliers appointed to the supplier list to which this opportunity relates will therefore have the opportunity to bid for those contracts. This notice refers to the supplier list only - Football Foundation will NOT be awarding any contracts directly to suppliers on the supplier list. Contracts will cover completion of the floodlight works including site surveys (including the feasibility of retaining the masts), applying for planning permission, and installing and testing the new floodlights; contracts are expected to have a value in the region of £20,000 - £70,000 depending on the upgrade. However, all contracts will be subject to agreement and negotiation with the relevant third party contracting parties. Third parties which will award contracts may or may not be subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, and will carry out their own procurements. Therefore for the avoidance of doubt, this opportunity is ONLY to join the supplier list created by the Football Foundation.
