GB-Kettering Northants: Serenity Suite Refurbishment - Birthing Pool Installation

Description

Installation of replacement birthing pool and general refurbishment of the Serenity Suite and new shower cubicle within the Bluebell Room. The room is used as a birthing suite within the maternity delivery ward of a fully functioning general hospital within the Rockingham Wing. •The work comprises: Renewal of - Birthing Pool, renewal of suspended ceiling grid and tiles, new general light fittings and switching, new floor coverings , base unit repairs, new wall paneling to outside wall only, reinstatement of temporarily removed inspection panels, emergency lighting, toilet and shower cubicle, new wall hung central heating radiators, mechanical extract/ventilation fan and air filtration units, general redecoration. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
