Description

NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework Agreement. NHS Shared Business Services intends to put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Fire, Asset Management and Compliance (and Associated Products and Services) to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations, for the following Lots: Lot 1 - Fire Safety: Lot 1.1 - Passive Fire Safety Lot 1.2 - Active Fire Safety Lot 1.3 - Fire Risk Assessments Lot 1.4 - Training Lot 2 - Asbestos: Lot 2.1 - Asbestos Management Lot 2.2 - Asbestos Removal Lot 3 - Lifts: Lot 3.1 - Maintenance Lot 3.2 - Design and Installation Lot 4 - Water Treatment Lot 5 - PAT Testing Lot 6 - Demolition Services Lot 7 - Authorising Engineers Our Approved Organisation list can be found on: https://www.sbs.nhs.uk/proc-framework-agreements-support We are committed to working with suppliers who are dedicated to Sustainability and Social Value and there will be a significant weighting on these elements in the tender. This PIN Notice is seeking expressions of interest and responses to our RFI document from interested suppliers, this will help shape our new Framework Agreement and ensure it is reflective of the best practices that exist across the supply market. Additional information: This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to signal an intention to commence market engagement with those within the Fire, Asset Management and Compliance market. Please complete the RFI (Request for Information) by following the Survey Monkey link provided, by Friday 13th of October 2023, 17:00pm. This link will enable you to complete an electronic version of the Request for Information (RFI). If you have any difficulty completing the RFI and would like to receive it in an alternative format, please email nsbs.estatesfacilities@nhs.net with 'RFI Request 'Fire, Asset Management and Compliance' in the subject line. NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) reserves the right to withdraw this notice at any time. NHS SBS is not bound to accept any proposals submitted by Bidders and is not liable for any costs incurred as a result of Bidders engaging with this process. This early market engagement exercise does not guarantee that a Procurement will take place and NHS SBS reserves the right to defer from any Procurement entirely. NHS SBS intends to hold market engagement sessions during October 2023 and November 2023 with industry experts and suppliers interested in potentially bidding for the resulting Framework Agreement.
