Cardiff University is looking to establish a new cleaning contract for all University buildings in our University Campus. This will be a multi Lot contract. Lotting Structure: Lot 1 – South Campus Cleaning – Approx value GBP 2,708,596 Per annum Appointment of 1 Contractor Lot 2 – North Campus Cleaning – Approx value GBP 2,077,210 Per annum Appointment of 1 Contractor Lot 3 – Window Cleaning – Academic and Residences – Approx Value GBP 95,000 Per annum Appointment of 1 Contractor The University are hosting an in-person only, supplier engagement session on Monday 23rd October 2023, (09.00 – 10:00) – Venue Room 0.07 Hadyn Ellis Building, Maindy Road, Cardiff, CF24 4HQ. Parking is not available on site. In order to register your attendance and for more information please register your interest against the opportunity via Cardiff University e-tendering portal: In-Tend https://in-tendhost.co.uk/cardiffuniversity/ Suppliers interested in attending the supplier day must send an expression of interest via the In-Tend Portal. Once registered please complete the registration form and return via the correspondence function within the system. Suppliers will be limited to 2 attendees per lot. The deadline for registering attendance at the event is Thursday 19 October 2023 at 1700 (5pm). The University reserves the right to reject an application to attend sent after this time.
