REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Ordnance Survey is currently in the process of procuring a Search and Merchandising tool to customise our current E-Commerce platform to deliver a better customer experience and better showcase our products. In order to gain a better understanding of the market, Ordnance Survey is requesting Suppliers to give feedback on our proposed specification in order to gain a better understanding of the current market. Additional information: The information and documents relating to this RFI will be accessible via the In-Tend E-Sourcing Portal: http:/in-tendhost.co.uk/os (In-Tend). To be able to access these documents, Participants must register and thereafter will be issued with a 'USERNAME' and 'PASSWORD'. Participants that have already registered previously, can access the document by logging on to the service and following the steps below. If you are experiencing problems, then please contact the In-Tend support (support@in-tend.co.uk) for further assistance. In order to respond to this RFI, please complete the response sections at Appendix B and submit via In-Tend by no later than 7th August 2023 at 12:00pm identified with the Participant's company/organisation name. Participants are reminded to allow sufficient time in submitting their response prior to the closing date and time. In-Tend will not permit submissions after the stated deadline has passed.
